Khosravi wins Iran’s sixth gold at shot put in 2024 Paralympics

PARIS – Yasin Khosravi won Iran’s sixth gold medal in the men’s shot put- F57 of the 2024 Paralympic Games on Friday.
He came first with 15.96 meters and also broke the Paralympics record.
Khosravi rang the bronze bell at the Stade de France.
Brazilian thrower Thiago Paulino dos Santos claimed silver medal with 15.06 and Indian Hokato Hotozhe Sema seized the bronze with 14.65 meters.
Khosravi won Iran’s sixth gold in Paris 2024.
Shooter Sareh Javanmardi, shot putter Amirhossein Alipour, javelin thrower Saeid Afrouz, powerlifter Rouhollah Rostami and sitting volleyball team had previously won five gold medals in Paris.
